1 Before proceeding Please Note the following instructions for filling in the ICA Membership Form
(a) If you do not have a PG registration number, please enter ‘ICACON2025 Combo’ in the box.
(b) PG students to upload HOD Authorization letter (available in download section) at *Copy of
anaesthesiology qualification upload section in membership form
(c)Enter the Transaction ID of the combo offer in the Payment Details section.
(d) In the "Interests" column of the Membership Form, please mention ICACON 2025
(e) After completing the form, kindly email a screenshot of the filled form to the conference email ID(icacon2025@gmail.com)
